Refund policy

Due to the nature of personalized items, they can not be returned unless there was a mistake made on our part. However, we'll do everything possible, within reason, to make it right if you're not 100% thrilled with the item upon receipt. All other items may be returned for refund or store credit, within 30 days of receipt of the item, less shipping charges. Please contact us for return authorization and instructions.
